Satyashiv D'mello is the Lead of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belongingness (DEI&B) & Wellbeing at Conscious Development, and an ICF certified Coach.

 

Satyashiv's work is devoted to facilitating the realization that humanity is an inter-dependent phenomenon, and our well-being - as people, communities, families and planet - is intertwined. Satyashiv's work is a part of his own growth. He integrates positive psychology, metaphysics, neuroscience and adult development, amongst other things that evoke higher order thinking and action into his coaching process. The impact Satyashiv seeks are thriving, mindful individuals and systems that contribute to a flourishing planet.

Personal Development.

One on one.

This session is one where we explore your understanding and perception of yourself and the development you wish to pursue, so that you come to a state where Personal Development is executed with a sense of joy, curiosity, courage and self-efficacy. These sessions are deeply explorative and supportive in order to encourage your true self to emerge confidently.

Professional Best Self.

One on one.

We build countless aspirations around our professional lives and what they can create for us, and yet somewhere we begin to feel worn out and fatigued by the idea of work. These sessions will support you in re-imagining, articulating and becoming your Professional Best Self so that the idea and experience of work enriches your mind, heart and sense of self.

Inclusion Coaching.

One on one.

It is a known fact that Diversity benefits the bottom line of an organisation, and yet if people of diversity do not feel included then the benefits will be minimal, if any. CEOs, leaders, managers, change agents, community leaders and others are witnessing a global movement to create inclusion and belongingness at work, and yet most struggle to become inclusive, change ingrained biased behaviours and integrate their awareness to evolve personally and professionally.

 

Signing up for Inclusion Coaching will support you to understand and acknowledge asymmetries in power, privilege, rank and influence. Additionally, Inclusion Coaching will enable you as a leader and influencer to challenge your biases, change unconscious marginalising behaviours and become an active ally, enabling you to pave the pathway for yourself and your organisation to sustainably succeed.

Inner Equity Coaching.

One on one.

Marginalisation often has a lasting effect. Unfortunately, people of diversity are interpersonally and systemically oppressed, which if left unchecked, turns into internalised oppression. We all wish to succeed, personally and professionally, and we all have a subtle understanding of how to get there. While we journey towards our goals, as people who have been marginalised, it is essential to intentionally develop one's inner agency, resources and best self, so that we can access internal equity for lasting success.

 

In the Inner Equity Coaching Sessions, you will access and develop your internal resources and equity to effectively and impactfully move towards your personal or professional goals. Little by little, by developing your internal agency, we will minimise the unconscious influence of past marginalisation on your present and future.

Intergenerational Coaching

One on One & Group.

We co-exist in a world with people of all ages, often spanning across 4-5 living generations. Having had diverse experiences and individually unique operating systems, our world is profoundly well equipped to deal with any barriers we encounter. Each of these generation groups are pulp with wisdom and intelligence that serves the collective. 

 

And yet, along with lived years and experiences comes the challenge of individual differences and frictious interactions. Whether in a family dynamic or a workplace system, such challenges have the ability to create dissonance, disparities and trauma that has a negative impact on our emotional, psychological and spiritual sense of self. Negative experiences in relationship with the structure of our brains, compels stereotyped associations between age and value, and subsequently biased belief systems.

 

It is well know that Organisations suffer from the unresolved tension of mindsets, beliefs and stylistics differences between generations. Intergenerational group coaching works with people across different generations to resolve tensions by exploring a common purpose and the strengths brought to the system by different generations in a workplace.
